sec.20 Withdrawn or refused application
The licence issue fee paid in relation to an application for a licence must be refunded to the applicant if— the application is withdrawn; or the chief executive refuses to issue the licence in relation to the application.
- (a) the application is withdrawn; or
- (b) the chief executive refuses to issue the licence in relation to the application.
