sec.73 Form of licence
A licence must be in the approved form. However, the chief executive may approve— a form of licence for office display purposes; and a licence in the form of a certificate that may be framed and displayed in an office a form of licence for personal identification purposes. a licence in the form of a small photo identification card suitable for carrying easily on one’s person The licence must contain the following— the name of the holder of the licence; the date of issue of the licence; the expiry date of the licence; for a licence for personal identification purposes, a recent photograph of the holder of the licence; any other particulars prescribed under a regulation.
