sec.68 Immediate cancellation
A field agent’s licence is cancelled on the happening of any of the following events— the agent is convicted of a serious offence; if the agent is an individual, the agent becomes an insolvent under administration; if the agent is a corporation, the agent is wound up or deregistered under the Corporations Act .
- (a) the agent is convicted of a serious offence;
- (b) if the agent is an individual, the agent becomes an insolvent under administration;
- (c) if the agent is a corporation, the agent is wound up or deregistered under the Corporations Act .
