sec.28 Notice to chief executive of change in place of business etc.
A principal field agent must notify the chief executive in the approved form of— any change in the agent’s principal place of business within 14 days after the change; and the closure of any place where the agent carries on a regulated business within 14 days after the closure; and the opening of any place where the agent carries on a regulated business within 14 days after the opening. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. An employed field agent must notify the chief executive in the approved form of any change in the agent’s business address within 14 days after the change. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. (sec.28-ssec.1) A principal field agent must notify the chief executive in the approved form of— any change in the agent’s principal place of business within 14 days after the change; and the closure of any place where the agent carries on a regulated business within 14 days after the closure; and the opening of any place where the agent carries on a regulated business within 14 days after the opening. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
