sec.15 Restrictions on corporations
A corporation that holds a licence is authorised to perform a regulated activity under its licence only if the activity may be performed by a field agent in charge of the corporation’s regulated business. If the corporation performs a regulated activity it is not authorised to perform, it is taken to be a person who acts without an authorisation for the performance of the activity. (sec.15-ssec.1) A corporation that holds a licence is authorised to perform a regulated activity under its licence only if the activity may be performed by a field agent in charge of the corporation’s regulated business.
