sec.14 What a licence authorises
A licence authorises the holder of the licence (a field agent ) to perform the following activities as an agent for others for reward— a debt collection activity; a repossession activity; a process serving activity. Subsection (1) is subject to any limitations imposed under a condition of the licence. The field agent may perform the activities in the following capacities— in the carrying on of a regulated business, either alone or with others; as an employee of someone else. (sec.14-ssec.1) A licence authorises the holder of the licence (a field agent ) to perform the following activities as an agent for others for reward— a debt collection activity; a repossession activity; a process serving activity. (sec.14-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is subject to any limitations imposed under a condition of the licence. (sec.14-ssec.3) The field agent may perform the activities in the following capacities— in the carrying on of a regulated business, either alone or with others; as an employee of someone else.
