#### 4 Matching agency (1) The Secretary of the Social Services Department is to ensure that there are officers of that Department who are responsible for the matching of data under this Act. (2) While a direction under section 3A is in force, the Chief Executive Centrelink is to ensure that there are Departmental employees (within the meaning of the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997) who are responsible for the matching of data under this Act.
