72 Procedures
(1) The Council is to hold any meetings necessary for the performance of its functions, and must meet at least twice every calendar year. (2) Meetings of the Council may be convened by the Commissioner or by the Chair. (3) Except as mentioned above, the Council is to determine its own procedures.
