31 Report events and changes in circumstances affecting accreditation to Commissioner

(1) An accredited entity must give the Commissioner written notice, in the approved form (if any) of any event, or change in circumstance, relevant to either of the following: (a) the exercise of the Commissioner’s regulatory functions or the Minister’s functions as the accreditation authority for the entity; (b) the entity’s accreditation or conditions of accreditation.

Civil penalty: 300 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to an event or change in circumstances prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this subsection.
