125 Other things an entity may or must do under the data sharing scheme

(1) If an entity may or must do something under the data sharing scheme, the thing may be done, for the entity, by any designated individual for the entity, if doing the thing is within the actual or apparent scope of the individual’s designation. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the authorisations in Chapter 2 to which section 124 applies, or in relation to things that may or must be done by an authorised officer or an officer authorised under subsection 137(3) or (4).
