454 Use of security sensitive substances—responsibilities of person in control (1) A person in control of premises must ensure that a security sensitive substance is used at the premises only by a person authorised to use the substance under this part. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units. (2) This section does not apply to the use of a security sensitive substance under the supervision of an inspector or police officer.
