445 Supply only to authorised people A security sensitive substance must not be supplied to a person unless— (a) the person is authorised under a licence to receive the substance; and (b) the person shows the supplier— (i) the licence or a certified copy of it; and Supply licences Division 4.8.1 Section 446 (ii) identification papers for the person. Note This requirement is a condition of a licence (see s 444 (e)). A licensee who fails to comply with a condition of the licence may commit an offence against the Act, s 63 (Failure to comply with conditions of licence).
