436 Storage licence applications—security plans
(1) A security plan for storing a security sensitive substance must be
based on a security risk assessment.
(a) details of the precautions to be taken to ensure the premises
where the substance is stored are secure;

(b) procedures for controlling access to the premises and to the
substance;
(d) procedures for reporting any loss, theft or attempted theft of the

The following conditions apply to a storage licence for a security
(a) the licensee must store the substance only for the purpose stated
in the licence;
(ii) a copy of the plan is available for inspection at each
premises used for storing the substance under the licence;
