433 Authority to store security sensitive substances
A person must not store a security sensitive substance unless the
person is authorised under a storage licence to store the substance.
Note 2 A person who stores a security sensitive substance without a licence may
commit an offence against the Act, pt 5.1.
434 Person in control of storing security sensitive

For the Act, the holder of a storage licence is a person in control of
all of the following in relation to the storage of a security sensitive

(b) the premises where the substance is stored;
relating to the handling of the dangerous substances. A security sensitive
substance is a dangerous substance.
