422 Application of pt 4.6 (1) This part applies to the carrying of security sensitive substances by road or rail. (2) However, this part does not apply to— (a) the carrying of a quantity of a security sensitive substance that is less than the exempt quantity mentioned in schedule 4, table 4.1, column 4 for the substance; or (b) the carrying of a security sensitive substance by an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act.
