420 Import records (1) The holder of an import licence must make a record of all security sensitive substances imported into the ACT under the licence. (2) The holder of an import licence must keep a record made under this section of the import of a security sensitive substance for at least 3 years after the day of import, whether or not the licence continues in force. Section 421 page 26 Dangerous Substances (General) Regulation 2004 Part 4.6 Carrying security sensitive Note If this part requires a security sensitive substance to be carried in a particular way, and a person carrying the security sensitive substance does not comply with the requirement, the person may commit an offence against the Act, s 80 (Unauthorised carrying of certain dangerous substances).
