420 Import records
(1) The holder of an import licence must make a record of all security
sensitive substances imported into the ACT under the licence.
(2) The holder of an import licence must keep a record made under this
section of the import of a security sensitive substance for at least
3 years after the day of import, whether or not the licence continues
in force.

Part 4.6 Carrying security sensitive
Note If this part requires a security sensitive substance to be carried in a
particular way, and a person carrying the security sensitive substance
does not comply with the requirement, the person may commit an offence
against the Act, s 80 (Unauthorised carrying of certain dangerous
substances).
