419 Notice of import
(1) The holder of an import licence must give the work health and safety
commissioner written notice of the licensee’s intention to import a
security sensitive substance.
(2) The notice must be given no later than 2 business days before the day
when the substance is to arrive in the ACT.
(3) The notice must include the following:
(a) the licensee’s licence details;
(b) the intended date of import of the substance;
(c) how the substance is to be carried into the ACT;
(d) the name, classification and quantity of the substance to be
imported;
(e) contact and licence details for the person who is to receive the
import;

(f) the address of the place where the substance is to be stored in
the ACT;
(g) the name and licence details of the person who is to carry the
substance into the ACT;
(h) any information or documents required by a form for the notice
