418 Import licence conditions—Act, s 53 (2) (b)
The following conditions apply to an import licence for a security
(a) the licensee must import the substance only for the purpose
stated in the licence;
(b) the licensee must ensure that no-one other than a security cleared
(c) the licensee must apply to the work health and safety
