410 Manufacturing licence applications—security plans
(1) A security plan for the manufacture of a security sensitive substance
must be based on a security risk assessment.
(a) details of the production process to be used;
(b) details of the ingredients to be used and the source of any
ingredient that is a dangerous substance;
