342A Requirements for people at affected residential premises—Act, s 47O (4) A person at affected residential premises must not tamper, or attempt to tamper, with— (a) work undertaken to seal, lock or clean the living area of an affected building at the premises; or (b) an approved warning sign required under the contamination management plan for the premises; or (c) an approved display case situated at the premises or a current asbestos contamination report displayed in the case.
