341 Requirements for asbestos contamination reports—Act,
s 47J (1) (b)
(1) An asbestos contamination report for affected residential premises
(a) identify the location, type and condition of—
(i) asbestos contamination in the living area of each affected
building at the premises; and
(ii) any opening or crack through which asbestos
contamination could enter the living area; and

(b) assess the risk—
(i) resulting from the asbestos contamination in the living
area; and
(ii) that asbestos contamination may enter the living area; and
(c) include a plan that advises how the asbestos contamination
should be managed (the contamination management plan); and
(d) where practicable, exclude photographs that show any personal
effects of the owner or occupier of the premises.
(2) The contamination management plan must identify—
(a) work required to seal, lock or clean the living area; and
(b) any location at the premises where additional approved warning
signs must be displayed.
