73 Disposal of spills and packaging An explosive mixture controller must ensure that— (a) any spillage of the explosive mixture, or an intended component of the mixture, is cleaned up promptly and disposed of safely; and
(b) any waste packaging of components or equipment used in the process of making the mixture is removed promptly and disposed of safely.
