42 Interpretation for pt 2.3 (1) A term used in this part has the same meaning as in the Australian Explosives Code. (2) However, in the Australian Explosives Code as applied by this part— (a) a marking on an explosive (or a package of an explosive) is a placard or label; and (b) an explosive (or a package of an explosive) is marked if it is placarded or labelled.
