312 Multiple fireworks displays—theatrical events etc The work health and safety commissioner may approve 2 or more fireworks displays under a fireworks display permit if satisfied that— (a) the displays are to be conducted as part of the rehearsal and production of a theatrical or similar event; and (b) the displays are all to be conducted at the same place; and (c) the same types and quantities of fireworks and pyrotechnic effects are to be used for each display; and (d) the fireworks and pyrotechnic effects are to be used in the same context in each display.
