298 Application of pt 3.4 (1) This part applies to the use of fireworks for fireworks displays. (2) However, this part does not apply in relation to the use of a firework by an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act. Note This part also does not apply to the use of general use fireworks (see s 262).
