256 Safe disposal of explosives—general rules A person disposing of an explosive must— (a) ensure that the method of disposal used provides the greatest degree of safety and security possible; and (b) ensure that the method of disposal is appropriate to the kind and condition of the explosive; and (c) take adequate precautions against causing injury to anyone or damage to any property.
