251 Application of pt 2.10 (1) This part applies to the disposal of explosives other than defined general use fireworks. (2) However, this part does not apply to the disposal of explosives by an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act. defined general use fireworks means general use fireworks other than a quantity of more than 10kg of sparklers. Note Sparklers are general use fireworks (see s 259).
