218 Charging blast holes using pumpable or free-flowing A person who charges blast holes using pumpable or free-flowing explosives must ensure that— (a) the rate of delivery of explosives does not cause overfilling of the blast hole; and (b) the explosives are mixed according to the correct formulation; and (c) the operator of the delivery and mixing device remains at the control panel or control device and shuts off the flow when necessary to avoid spillage.
