198 Defective explosives Defective explosives, or explosives in defective packages— (a) must be disposed of in accordance with part 2.10; and (b) must not be disposed of by being used for normal blasting operations in a mine or a quarry unless an inspector has authorised the disposal of the particular explosives by that method.
