183 Person in control of using explosives—Act, s 17 (1) (e) (1) For the Act, the holder of a shot-firer licence is a person in control of all of the following in relation to the use of an explosive under the (b) the premises where the explosive is used; (2) For the Act, the holder of a blasting permit is a person in control of all of the following in relation to a blasting operation carried out under the permit: (a) the handling of explosives for the operation; (b) the premises where the operation takes place;
