182 Use of explosives—responsibilities of person in control (1) A person in control of premises must ensure that an explosive is used at the premises only— (a) by a person authorised to use the explosive under this part; and (b) in accordance with a blasting permit for the explosive. (2) This section does not apply to the use of an explosive under the supervision of an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act.
