152 Night work at magazines (1) Explosives must not be placed in, or removed from, the magazine outside daylight hours unless the magazine is lit by— (a) electric lighting that complies with AS 2187.1; or (b) a hand-held flameproof torch. Note See AS 2187.1, s 2.1.4. (2) This section applies to an underground magazine at all times.
