141 Storage of explosives and essential articles only (1) The magazine must not contain anything except explosives and any articles required to be kept by this division. (2) So far as necessary, the following articles may be stored in a designated area of the magazine: (a) footwear, tools or implements for work connected with the storage of explosives in the magazine, or with the opening of packages of explosives; (b) materials connected with the making up of loads for packaging
