117 Route and time restrictions (1) The work health and safety commissioner may determine— (a) routes by which, and the times when, particular quantities or classification codes of explosives may be carried by road in the ACT; or (b) routes by which, and times when, particular quantities or classification codes of explosives must not be carried by road in the ACT. (2) A determination is a disallowable instrument. (3) If the work health and safety commissioner makes a determination, explosives may be carried by road only in accordance with the determination.
