108 Engaging someone else to drive a vehicle carrying (1) A person commits an offence if the person— (a) owns or controls a vehicle, and permits someone else (the driver) to drive the vehicle to carry an explosive; or (b) engages someone else (the driver) to drive a vehicle to carry an (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the driver is authorised under section 107 to drive the vehicle carrying the explosive.
