Division 6—Corresponding licences 42—Corresponding licences (1) This regulation applies to a licence that— (a) has been granted under a provision of the law of another State or a Territory of the Commonwealth corresponding to regulation 21 or regulation 27; and (b) has effect in the other State or Territory. (2) Except for circumstances that do not exist in this State, the licence has effect in this State as if it were a licence granted by the Competent Authority under regulation 21 or regulation 27 (as the case requires).
