Chapter 4 Licences for dangerous Note 1 A regulation may prescribe when a person is required to hold a licence (or some other form of authority) to handle a dangerous substance (see s 214 (for explosives), s 215 (1) (a) and s 217). Note 2 If a person handles a dangerous substance without a licence it may be an offence under ch 5.
