97 Notification and display of compliance agreements (1) This section applies to the relevant responsible person for a compliance agreement. Compliance agreements Part 6.2 (b) give a copy of the agreement to each other person in control of each of the premises where an affected person works. copy of the agreement is displayed, while the agreement is operating, in a prominent place at or near each part of the premises affected by the contravention of this Act in relation to which the agreement was entered into.
