87 Unauthorised disturbance or interference with site of dangerous occurrence (a) a dangerous occurrence has happened or is happening at (b) the person disturbs or interferes with the site of the occurrence; and (c) the site preservation period for the site has not ended. (2) This section does not apply to anything done by an authorised person.
