7 Exclusions from Act (1) This Act does not apply to the following: (a) the transmission, distribution and use of natural gas to which the Gas Safety Act 2000 or Utilities Act 2000 applies;
Operation of Act Part 2.1 (b) the transmission, distribution and use of LPG to which the Gas Safety Act 2000 applies; (c) ammunition under the Firearms Act 1996, other than the manufacture or transport of ammunition; (d) an infectious substance under the Clinical Waste Act 1990; (e) radioactive material under the Radiation Protection Act 2006; (f) anything else prescribed by regulation.
