50 Applications for licences etc to comply with Act (1) This section applies to— (a) an application for a licence; or (b) an application by a licensee to amend the licence; or (c) any other application prescribed by regulation in relation to a licence.

(2) The application must include any information or documents (including information or documents verified in a particular way) required by regulation or by a form approved under section 222 for the application. (3) The work health and safety commissioner need not decide the application if it does not include the required information and documents.
