112 Notification and display of prohibition notices (1) This section applies to the relevant responsible person for a prohibition notice. (a) tell each person who works at the premises to which the notice relates about the notice, including anything required not to be done under it; or (b) give a copy of the notice to each other responsible person for the dangerous substance to which the notice relates. copy of the prohibition notice is displayed in a prominent place, at or near each part of the premises to which the notice relates, while the notice is in force.
