59 Dangerous goods for the purposes of section 32 of the Act
(1) For the purposes of section 32(2)(a) of the Act, dangerous goods of UN Class 2.2, other than those listed in Schedule 5, are prescribed dangerous goods.
(2) For the purposes of section 32(2)(b) of the Act, a quantity of packaged dangerous goods (other than dangerous goods of UN Class 2.3 or Packing Group I) that is less than 250 kg or 250 L and is involved in a fire, explosion, spillage, leakage or escape, without resulting in physical injury to any person or damage to any property, is a prescribed quantity of dangerous goods.
