35 Interaction with other plant and processes
An occupier of premises where dangerous goods are stored and handled, so far as is reasonably practicable, must ensure that the risk associated with the storage and handling of the dangerous goods is not increased by any structure, plant (including the materials used in the plant), system of work or activity that—
(a) is not used to store or handle dangerous goods at the premises; and
(b) is capable of interacting with the dangerous goods at the premises.
