54 Offence—contravention of condition about overpack’s use (a) the person uses an overpack to transport dangerous goods; and (b) a method of preparing the overpack for transport is approved under section 53; and (c) the approval is subject to a condition about the overpack’s use; and (i) the approval is subject to the condition; and
(ii) the use contravenes the condition.
