51 Offence—contravention of condition about approval of packaging design (a) the person— (i) constructs, packs or fails to maintain packaging for use in the transport of dangerous goods; or (ii) uses packaging to transport dangerous goods; and (b) the approval of the design for the packaging has a condition about the construction, packing, maintenance or use of the (i) the approval of the design for the packaging has the condition; and (ii) the construction, packing, failure to maintain or use contravenes the condition.
