225 Registers of licences (1) The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods driver licences. (2) The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods vehicle licences. (3) A register may have separate divisions for different kinds of licences. (4) The licensing authority must record each licence granted under this regulation in the appropriate register. (5) The licensing authority must note in the register the cancellation, surrender, suspension or variation of a licence.
