22 References to codes, standards and rules (1) In this regulation, a reference to an instrument includes a reference to another instrument as applied or adopted by, or incorporated in, the first instrument. (2) In this section: instrument means a code, standard or rule (whether made in or outside Australia) relating to dangerous goods or to transport by road.
