108 Offences—loader—unlawful stowage, loading and (a) loads for transport in a vehicle a placard load ; and (b) fails to ensure that the load is stowed, loaded and restrained in accordance with the ADG code, chapter 8.1. (a) loads for transport in a vehicle dangerous goods that are in or on a transport unit; and
(b) fails to ensure that the transport unit is restrained in accordance with the ADG code, chapter 8.2. (3) An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
