34 Offence—s 33 conduct causing death or serious injury (a) the person engages in conduct that is a physical element of an offence mentioned in section 33; and (b) the conduct causes the death of, or serious injury to, someone (c) the person intends to cause, or is reckless about causing, the death of, or serious injury to, the other person or anyone else by the conduct. Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units, imprisonment for 4 years or causes death or serious injury—see section 31 (2). conduct—see section 31 (2).
